Junior Process Engineer

Job Summary Support and improve food manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and food safety compliance. Work with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, solve basic process issues, and implement improvements-ideal for early-career engineers looking to grow in a production environment. Where You'll Make a Difference Support optimization of food production processes and technologies Assist in project execution, planning, and coordination Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (quality, efficiency, cost) Monitor production performance and help meet operational targets Identify process issues and propose practical solutions Apply basic engineering and analytical methods in daily work Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production processes Support adherence to food safety and quality standards What Makes You the Right Fit Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing or similar environment Basic understanding of food processing and production workflows Familiarity with food safety/quality standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, ISO) is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good organizational and planning skills Good command of English (written and spoken) Team-oriented with willingness to learn and grow How Would You Stand Out?
