In this opportunity as Engineering Manager, you will: Lead & Inspire : Manage a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth. Architect & Build : Oversee the design and implementation of UI and backend solutions using modern frameworks and technologies, stepping in to code when necessary. Shape Technology : Provide guidance on architecture, design, and best practices for front-end and back-end development. Recruit & Grow : Play a pivotal role in hiring top engineering talent and expanding the team's capabilities. About You You're a fit for the role of Engineering Manager if you have the following required qualifications : Technical Expertise : 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience , with meaningful individual contributor work in the last 2-3 years and a proven track record leading the development of scalable, web-based solutions. Front-end & Back-end Mastery : Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar), TypeScript, Node.js, and Python. AI Familiarity : Comfortable with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts like prompt engineering , agentic system design, Model Context Protocol (MCP), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM orchestration frameworks. Team Leadership : 2+ years of managing engineering teams, with success in coaching, mentoring, and nurturing talent. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Strategic Mindset : Adept at driving product innovation and ensuring that technical decisions align with broader business goals.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven success in recruiting, managing performance, and cultivating a positive team culture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, including vector databases, model serving and deployment pipelines, and cost/latency optimization for LLM-powered products.
