Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting in the development and enhancement of internal applications, tools, and data-driven solutions. Supporting quality assurance activities, including test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and validation of fixes. Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, QA, and stakeholders) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Contributing to documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and process documentation. Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to support business insights and decision-making. Supporting deployment activities and post-release monitoring to ensure stability and performance. Education and Experience: Completion of coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Exposure to or coursework in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Data Science is a plus. Basic programming knowledge in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#. Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), especially Agile or Scrum methodologies, is preferred. Understanding of software testing principles and an interest in test automation tools and frameworks. Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is beneficial. Abilities and Skills: Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
