Land Surveyor

About the role

Job Description & Requirements Carry out land surveying, setting out, andlevelling works for HDB construction project sites. Verify site measurements, alignment,coordinates, levels, and grid lines according to approved drawings and projectrequirements. Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-builtsurveys when required. Assist the project team in checking structurallevels, building positions, road levels, drainage levels, and other site surveymatters. Coordinate with project managers, engineers,site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant parties onsurvey-related works. Prepare and maintain survey records, setting-outreports, as-built drawings, and related site documentation. Ensure survey works are carried out accuratelyand in compliance with HDB project specifications, approved drawings, andconstruction standards. Support site progress by providing timely surveydata and resolving survey discrepancies or site measurement issues. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Certificate in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Construction orequivalent. Prior experience as a Land Surveyor in theconstruction industry, preferably in HDB / public housing projects. Good knowledge of site setting out, levelling, alignment, coordinates, and as-built survey works. Able to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, structural drawings, and survey data. Familiar with HDB project requirements, construction standards, and site safety practices will be an advantage.
