Draughtsperson Substation - (Civil & Structural)

Responsibilities

• Receiving Inputs of Detailing from Design Engineers
• Preparation of detail drawings for structure and foundation for all buildings and
• equipment
• Documentation of records for all the projects as per Quality
• Adherence to checklist of Drawings for Review purpose
• Submission of Drawings to design Engineer for review
• Corrections and Comments updated from Site Inputs
• Preparing BOQ and material with respect to design Inputs
• Preparation of pre-casting yard layout, PCC Pole mould layout
• Experience : 3-5 years, (Preferable experience in Detailing of Civil and
• Structural Works in Substation, Power Plants construction
• Industry, Oil and Gas, Fertilizer Industry, Refineries)
• Technical Expertise:
• The Draughtsperson shall be capable of preparation of drawings of structural elements,
• equipment structures (Pole structures), covering GIS substation / control room buildings, GIS
• Buildings (RCC & Steel), transformer foundations, outdoor equipment foundations, guard
• house, staff quarters, grading, roads and drainage, cable trench, outdoor steel structures and
• miscellaneous works related to the substations and cabling works. Draughtsperson shall be able
• to review Vendor engineering drawings (layouts, fabrication drawings) with respect to Civil &
• Structural. Knowledge of switchyard gantry towers, equipment supporting structures &
• foundations. Familiarization with Detailed engineering of pre-engineered buildings.
