Responsibilities
- Manage corporate relations activity across TRPA and TRPIM, including company meetings, thematic events, headquarters visits, conferences, and bespoke research trips.

- Analyze activity data to identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities to improve process, reporting, technology usage, and stakeholder experience.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, judgment, and integrity.
Requirements
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate access, investor relations, financial services, investment research support, and/or research sales.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, stakeholder initiatives, and/or reporting deliverables.
- Experience working with investment professionals, corporate management teams, Investor Relations teams, broker dealers, or financial services stakeholders.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and data management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver a high-quality client or customer experience.
- Ability to work across internal teams, resolve issues, and drive alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of corporate access, investor relations, external research, investment management workflows, or investment operations.
- Familiarity with equity research, public company engagement, portfolio management, or the investment process.
- Experience producing management reporting, dashboards, engagement analysis, SLA reporting, or stakeholder insights.
- Experience using CRM systems, event management platforms, reporting tools, or related technology solutions.
- Self-directed, collaborative, service-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fluid environment.

Rowe Price's Corporate Relations program strengthens direct relationships with corporate partners in support of the firm's fundamental, bottom-up investment process. The Corporate Relations Relationship Manager will support corporate access activity across T. Rowe Price Associates (TRPA) and T. Rowe Price Investment Management (TRPIM). This role partners with Corporate Relations Originators, investment professionals, Investor Relations teams, broker dealers, and internal business partners.
