Responsibilities
- You'll be the connector between data, people, and performance-driving operational excellence across our network by:
- Analyse performance metrics to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve service outcomes across the network.
- Lead root cause investigations into service or operational issues and implement sustainable, data-driven solutions.
- Build strong relationships with branch managers and operational leaders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and fast resolution of challenges on the ground
- Own and deliver operational reporting, focusing on key service metrics like DIFOT, capacity utilisation, and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with regional leaders, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and uplift performance standards.
- Contribute operational insights to new business opportunities and support the successful rollout of transformation and improvement initiatives.
Requirements

- You can interpret complex data sets and turn insights into meaningful action, with Excel skills
