Our Global Client Services Department is looking for the right calibre to serves as a primary contact for our global and regional clients in supporting their day-to-day inquiries pertaining to our global custody, fund accounting & administration related products and services. The individual is expected to possess strong knowledge on global securities markets and/or fund accounting experience and is required to coordinate with various BBH global offices and departments to facilitate prompt inquiry support and issues resolution. RESPONSIBILITES : 1.Client Service and Inquiry Response: Demonstrate client servicing mindset and ability to provide quality and meaningful support to clients Proactiveness in responding to client ' s inquiries (such as corporate action, trade settlement, fund transfer, FX and tax). Take end-to-end ownership to collaborate with internal departments to prioritize client requests, deliverables and to facilitate issues resolution. Assist clients in new market opening, account maintenance and system access set up functions. Maintain strong knowledge of BBH businesses, products, systems and internal workflows. Develop knowledge and deep understanding of clients ' business needs and assist in identifying opportunities to enhance overall client experience and service quality. 2.Technology and Innovation: Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries. Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and products. 3. Risk Management and Control: Complete monthly client reporting requirements. Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service-related metrics. Coordinate and monitor receipt of all client documentation (tax, KYC, account information, authorized signers, etc.) and analyze exposure of missing documentation to BBH/client. Ensure proper escalation in timely manner and follow through on client issues and concerns by working with Supervisor and Client Service Manager.
