Duties & Responsibilities Act as a technical and functional resource in the sales process during engagement with prospect/customer. Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to: Discuss potential product development Provide input to new product development Receive output from product development Provide business expertise in such processes as manufacturing, accounting and work flow analysis. Preparing for and conducting demos along with Sales team. Consult with sales force to provide solutions to customer requirements Collaborate and share knowledge and expertise within the SE Community. Working with Channel Enablement in enabling partners Solution Engineers in selling Epicor. Responding to RFIs and RFPs on Epicor and related products. Conduct customer and prospect webinars. 20%-50% Travel within the Region Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Minimum of 5 years of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, you can come from channel/partner/distributor background with proven presales experience. Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales Experience in Manufacturing industry is essential and knowledge in Distribution and Financial is a plus Presentations / demonstrations skillset is a pre-requisite (someone can explain Why rather than just What) Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP (R3 or later), Microsoft (Dynamics 365), QAD, Infor, IFS, Oracle EBS, Exact, Sage, or other ERP local companies such as Digiwin. Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential. Capability to communicate in other languages is an advantage
