Roles & Responsibilities BEAUTY VALLEY PTE. LTD. is a leading education institution in Singapore, offering accredited vocational training in beauty, wellness, digital marketing, and AI. We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary goal will be to connect with potential students and help them kickstart their career journey through our professional courses. Job Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on leads from social media, website inquiries, and walk-ins to convert them into course enrollments. Consultative Selling: Understand the career goals of potential learners and recommend the most suitable courses and available government subsidies (e.g., SkillsFuture). Daily Outreach: Perform high-volume outbound calls and handle messaging (WhatsApp/Email) to engage with prospects. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly individual sales KPIs and monthly enrollment targets. Administrative Support: Assist students with the registration paperwork and ensure all student data is accurately entered into the CRM system. Relationship Management: Build rapport with current students to encourage word-of-mouth referrals. Event Support: Participate in roadshows, previews, and educational fairs to generate new leads.
