Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Min 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, including experience on agile projects
- Experience working across both development and maintenance projects, with exposure to user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- PMP certification or practical project management experience is an advantage, along with experience working with outsourced vendors in tracking and monitoring deliverables
