Your Role The Senior Program Manager - ERP Cloud Implementation is responsible for leading a two-year ERP Cloud Implementation Program delivered through phased releases by connecting workstream-level execution to program-level outcomes and leadership decisions. Reporting to the Director, IT Enterprise Solutions, this role leads delivery across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and external partners to migrate from the legacy ERP to a cloud ERP platform. You will translate workstream-level realities into clear priorities, trade-offs, and decisions. The role leads Project Managers across workstreams and regions, owns the one integrated program plan (Core ERP and key dependencies, Integrations, Data, Reporting, Change & Training, Cutover & Hypercare), and is accountable for a stable go-live and adoption - connecting detailed plans, risks, and dependencies into clear priorities and actions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 7+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology programs/projects with increasing responsibility, ideally in CPG or Sporting Goods/Fashion Retail
- 7+ years leading complex ERP implementations or major upgrades, including at least one full lifecycle Cloud ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor Cloud Suites)
- Proven track record owning cross-functional outcomes across IT and business teams
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large blended teams (internal, contractor, vendor)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, Inventory & Supply Planning, Distribution & Logistics
