Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor local and international shipments.
• Must possess a valid Singapore TradeNet® Declarant Licence.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Customs regulations, TradeNet declarations, and import/export permit processing.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments, purchasing, logistics and finance.
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to purchasing, logistics and sales .
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and logistics-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate warehouse receiving and closing shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and inventory-related documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Working days: 5 days work week
