As the Planner/Scheduler you will be responsible for managing a correct alignment between the demand and supply of spare parts, ensuring effective requirements planning to guarantee supply and compliance with the delivery plan to customers, thus achieving total customer satisfaction. You will work onsite in Puebla, MX and report to the Supply Chain Manager for JBTM LATAM region. On a given day, you may: Analyze spare parts turnover and classify them as high, medium, and low, as well as critical parts. Plan advance purchases of high-turnover spare parts, critical parts, and safety stock. Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) according to inventory levels, lead times, and pre-established reorder points. Track spare parts ordered through purchase orders from issuance to customer delivery. Generate monthly KPIs and reports for the Supply Chain area. Generate documentation for preparing shipments to customers. Invoice spare parts and services. Assist with conducting physical inventories.
