- Principal Accountabilities
- Develops efficient methods to communicate clinical and patient-related information between our staff and the physician to produce excellent physician-patient-therapist communication and positive referral trends (gross referrals from MD vs referral rate).
- Serve as clinical mentor. Serve as clinical liaison for assigned physician. Work specifically with all members of his/her team to elevate clinical skill for any physicians and any diagnosis, on a formal or informal basis.

Responsible for building key relationships with physicians and referral sources; serves as the clinic mentor and liaison in rolling out clinical treatment guidelines that have been approved by leadership; assists manager in holding the clinical staff/team accountable to best practice guidelines, which includes documentation of operational metrics set forth by the business unit.
