Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic HR Consulting: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a wide range of issues, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Conduct HR needs assessments and develop solutions to address business challenges. Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, such as employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters. Provide guidance on employee performance management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Talent Management: Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding. Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentorship. Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives. Organizational Development: Drive organizational change initiatives and support the development of a high-performing culture. Facilitate team building and improve team effectiveness. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR metrics and insights to leadership.
