Senior Staff Engineer, AI,LLM

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using GCP and Vertex AI.
• Develop AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and RAG-based solutions leveraging enterprise data sources.
• Design secure, scalable, and reliable AI architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Build and maintain AI platforms, APIs, and reusable AI components.
• Implement AI security, governance, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization practices.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines and MLOps processes for AI solutions.
• Design and execute AI testing, evaluation, and quality assurance strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Develop high-quality Python code and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Research emerging AI technologies and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields,

Requirements

• Total experience 8+ years.
• Strong experience in AI/ML Engineering and Generative AI solution development.
• Hands-on expertise in Python development for AI/ML applications and scalable AI services (Must Have).
• Strong experience with GCP and Vertex AI, including model deployment, pipelines, and AI services (Must Have).
• Deep understanding of LLMs, Foundation Models, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures (Must Have).
• Hands-on experience building Agentic Workflows and AI Agents (Must Have).
• Experience with Vector Search, AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and tracing for AI systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
