Working location: Tuas West (Shuttle bus provided) Motor Allowance and Car Allowance are provided 5 days works week (8 am to 5 45 pm) Variable Bonus: Provided (Warehouse) Department Deputy Manager (Food, Chemical, Pharmaceutical) Our client, a established Japanese 3PL company is hiring for (Warehouse) Department Deputy Manager who will manage around 80 employees in the department. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for whole warehouse operation issue Planning warehouse space-control and supervise the all-customer cargo schedule Planning manpower resources Planning for efficiency in the warehouse - Using technology and innovation Responsible for profit and loss Answer customer queries on day-to-day basis Attending KPI meeting with clients Planning training for the department Managing customer service officers Provide training for new employees Support Junior managers in Operations Hands On Approach Any other Duties assigned Job Requirements: Working experiences in 3PL Operations Experience in warehouse operations and space utilization planning Master in planning of warehouse operations Master in manpower allocation planning and training Experience of cost control and improvements of profit and loss Knowledge of TAPA, GMP, GDP, Halal and other certifications Experience in risk assessment Knowledge of innovation and technology employment Experience to lead managers Experience to lead huge organization (50-100 employees) Interested applicants, please send your resume to Tiffany Koh (R1104633) tiffany@pasona.com.sg with email subject header "Job Application for Job ID: 20271 (Warehouse) Department Deputy Manager - TK" .
