About the role

Title: Vice President, Global Business-Finance Integration Compensation: RMB 3-5 million per year (open for discussion based on current compensation and expectations) This role is based in BaoDing, China (1hr from Beijing) I. Position Overview This role serves as the key leader driving the Group's global finance digitalization and Business-Finance Integration (BFI) transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing an integrated business-finance operating model, connecting business and financial data flows, and building a data-driven management framework that supports strategic decision-making. The position will act as a critical bridge between business operations and finance, transforming finance from a traditional accounting and reporting function into a strategic business partner that enables operational excellence and management effectiveness across the Group's global operations. Core Mission of the Role This is not a system user or process optimizer role. The ideal candidate is a leader who has successfully built a global Business-Finance Integration framework and finance system architecture from the ground up (0-to-1). Support the Group's globalization strategy and data-driven management transformation. Role Essence Global Finance Systems Architect + Business-Finance Integration Transformation Leader II. Three Mandatory Requirements 1. Proven 0-to-1 Experience in Business-Finance Integration or Finance Systems (Most Critical) Candidates must possess at least one of the following experiences: Led the design and implementation of a Business-Finance Integration framework from scratch. Led the deployment of global or multi-country ERP/finance systems. Led the development of a Finance Digitalization Platform, Financial Data Platform, or Shared Finance Architecture. Assessment Criteria The candidate must have been responsible for the full lifecycle, including: Framework design System architecture planning Implementation and deployment Organizational adoption and rollout Experience must cover multiple countries or regions rather than a single local market. 2. Global Finance Systems Experience in Complex Environments Required experience includes: Multi-country operations Multi-currency environments Multiple legal entities and accounting books Cross-border business processes International taxation, compliance, and settlement management Assessment Criteria The candidate should have successfully addressed the challenge of balancing: Global Standardization vs. Local Regulatory Requirements and have experience in global system harmonization or regional integration projects. 3. Strong Systems Architecture Capability The candidate must be more than a system user. Required experience includes deep involvement in or leadership of: ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Financial Data Platforms Enterprise Data Platforms Business-Finance Integration Platforms Financial Shared Service Architectures Assessment Criteria The candidate should be capable of: Designing system blueprints Understanding enterprise architecture Defining data flows and integration logic Aligning business processes with technology architecture The role requires a true architect rather than an implementation operator. III. Key Competency Model 1. Enterprise Architecture & Framework Design Capability (Core 0-to-1 Competency) The candidate should be able to: Design an end-to-end Business-Finance Integration framework Define core operating modules, including: Budget Management Cost Management Profitability Management Data Governance & Analytics Models Assessment Criteria Demonstrated top-level architecture design capability rather than localized process optimization. 2. Global Complex System Deployment Capability The candidate should have: Multi-country ERP or finance system implementation experience Experience driving global standardization across regions Success in large-scale transformation programs Assessment Criteria Proven ability to lead global rollout, adoption, and governance initiatives. 3. Data-Driven Management & Business Insight Capability The candidate should be able to: Establish enterprise-wide KPI and performance measurement frameworks Build management reporting and analytical capabilities Support business planning and strategic decision-making through data Assessment Criteria Demonstrated success in transforming data into actionable business insights and management decisions. 4.
