Inventory & Procurement Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers. Ensure timely procurement of ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies. Minimize wastage and control inventory costs. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits. Marketing & Business Development Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer traffic. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Assist in organizing special events and seasonal promotions. Job Requirements: Min Degree in hospitality management, business administration or related fields.
