Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Provide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment procedures
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health

Requirements

• Prior Dental Assistant experience highly preferred 1 - 2 years
• Prior working experience with Dentrix highly preferred
• Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify
• X-ray certification where state regulations specify

Dental Assistants are an integral member of our team and help foster our clinically led culture. Compensation Range: $22 - $25 per hour based on experience Work Schedule : Monday 8 AM - 5 PM Tuesday 8 AM - 5 PM Wednesday 8 AM - 3 PM Thursday 8 AM - 3 PM
