Business Analyst (Banking, Global Markets)

About the role

Minimum 10 years of Business Analysis experience within Global Markets environments. Strong understanding of pricing, trade execution, and trade lifecycle processes across asset classes such as FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Commodities, Money Markets, and Structured Products. Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, business process mapping, and production of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). Experience working on front-office, middle-office, trading, pricing, or execution platforms. Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities within project delivery lifecycles. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technology teams. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
