BIM Modeller

Responsibilities

• Modeling & Drafting: Develop detailed 3D models
• and 2D documentation (plans, sections, elevations) for Architectural,
• Structural, or MEP disciplines.
• Clash Detection & Coordination: Perform
• interdisciplinary coordination, identify clashes using Navisworks, and resolve
• conflicts.
• Standards Compliance:
• Ensure models adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP),
• industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Updates & Maintenance: Regularly update models
• with site information and revisions, and compile as-built drawings upon project
• completion.
• Family Creation: Create and manage BIM
• library objects (families).
• Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of
• Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to interpret
• architectural, structural, and M&E engineering drawings.
• Education/Experience: Bachelor Degree in
• Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Experience in construction or
• building services is usually required.
• Soft Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
