Miami Family Law Group is seeking an experienced Florida Probate Litigation Attorney to manage sophisticated probate, trust, and estate disputes from pre-suit strategy through resolution, settlement, or trial. Responsibilities Manage probate, estate, and trust litigation matters from start to finish Advise clients on case strategy, risk, and next steps Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and related legal documents Represent clients in hearings, court proceedings, and negotiations Collaborate with probate administration team when litigation matters overlap with active estate administration. Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other tools Work closely with support staff to maintain organized files, meet deadlines, and move cases forward Support efficient case resolution while maintaining high service standards Required: Active Florida Bar membership in good standing 5+ years of direct Florida probate litigation experience Significant experience handling contested probate matters, trust disputes, hearings, depositions, and motion practice Ability to independently manage active litigation matters from intake through resolution Strong courtroom presence, legal writing, and client advisory skills Preferred: Experience handling complex probate or trust disputes Experience with probate administration Estate planning experience is a plus Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement PTO + CLE budget for continuing education
