Help shape a seamless and data-driven employee experience across CarTrawler. As part of our collaborative People Experience team, this role combines HR operations, systems expertise and people analytics to support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and payroll administration to workforce reporting and HR systems optimisation, you'll play a key role in ensuring our People processes are accurate, efficient and scalable. You'll work closely with teams across the business to turn people data into meaningful insights that support smarter decisions, stronger performance and a better employee experience for all.
