Technical purchaser cum project administrator for a shipowner / ship manager Monitor and attend to requisitions using company system Assist vessel with purchase of Technical and Provisions to certain vessels' Issue purchase orders to suppliers Handle logistics arrangement from the point of purchase order up till delivery on board delivery Process invoices through a software; Arrange annual services for vessels as the due dates approach (LSA / FFA / Radio Equipment Services) Assist Superintendent including drydock coordination when required Arrange renewal of vessels' certificates and liase with all parties for surveys
