Analyse business performance and establish goals, action plans, and follow-up measures to optimize sales, growth, and profitability. Drive commercial initiatives to achieve revenue and margin targets. Monitor key business KPIs and take corrective actions where necessary. People Full accountability for talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention. Build and maintain a strong organizational culture aligned with the Company's values. Develop leadership capabilities within the team through coaching and succession planning. Foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment. Expansion Full accountability for retail and omni-channel expansion opportunities, where applicable. Oversee store openings, relocations, renovations, and maintenance standards across the store portfolio. Evaluate market opportunities and support long-term growth strategies. Ensure operational readiness for all expansion projects. Brand Analyse market trends and customer insights to strengthen brand positioning and performance. Act as the brand ambassador within the local market. Full accountability for the brand's annual marketing and communication plans. Ensure all brand activities are aligned with global brand guidelines and local market needs. Leadership Lead the organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with the brand's values, standards, and best practices. Establish and communicate clear business objectives and strategic priorities. Inspire, motivate, develop, and challenge teams to achieve business goals. Drive succession planning and talent management initiatives to ensure long-term organizational success. Prepare, manage, and communicate business plans, budgets, and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders. Promote collaboration across departments to achieve company objectives.
