About the role

After School Enrichment Teacher Subject: English language / Maths / Sciences (Preferably can teach at least two subjects) Location: Bukit Timah Plaza, Thomson Plaza, Parkway Centre (Discuss the location during the interview but you will need to travel to multiple Centres when needed) Working days and time: Monday to Friday [During school term: 9.30am-7pm / During school holidays: shifts between 7am-7pm] Salary: $2500-$3500 Job Description A. Student Care Support the daily operations of the centre, including both administrative and teaching duties. Ensure customer care experience for both prospective and existing clientele (from handling enquiries and collecting payments). Ensure the overall safety of the learning environment- Prepare progress reports for students on a termly basis B. Holistic Enrichment Prepare materials and deliver enrichment lessons for students on designated days. Plan and facilitate special events and/or excursions during MOE-scheduled school holidays. C. Academic Teaching Deliver lessons for assigned classes (in-house curriculum provided). Effectively utilise teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment. Mark and grade students' assignments with value-added feedback. Perform required classroom administration responsibilities. Connect with students' parents through regular written and/or verbal feedback. Participate in level meetings/subject-sharing sessions Job Requirements: Must be able to teach one of the subjects from P1 to P6 (English language / Mathematics / Science). Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Familiar with latest MOE syllabus. At least 2-3 years of teaching experience. Have experience teaching in group settings (of between 4 to 12 students).
