About the role
Location: Santarém, Pará - Brasil The Resource and Reserve Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and support of resource development activities, with a focus on Life of Mine (LoM) and mine closure planning. Monitor and report on the progress of resource development and mine closure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement within the team. Maintain accurate records and documentation of resource development and mine closure activities. What you can bring to the role Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Experience in resource development planning and mine closure management. Strong knowledge of long-term planning, resource modeling, and mine closure techniques. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for resource development planning and mine closure. Fluency in Portuguese and English. Availability to work on site in Santarém, Pará.
