Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on existing customer projects to ensure timely progress and satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the current market area to expand client base
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth
• Utilize digital and online marketing techniques to enhance business development efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to support setup jobs, including occasional night work as required
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets of $20,000 to qualify for commission incentives
• Other Information
• Work schedule: 5 days per week, occasionally 5.5 days including night shifts for setup jobs
• Salary: Starting at $4,000 for apprentices and $5,000 for experienced candidates
• Probation period: 3 months with a $1,000 salary increase upon successful completion and contract signing
• Commission: 5% on sales exceeding $20,000 per month
• Leave entitlement: 12 days of annual leave
