We're looking for an organized and hands-on Junior Production & Studio Coordinator (all genders) to join our Visual Productions team for a part-time, 1-year contract (25 to 30 hours a week). If you're the kind of person who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you'll fit right in here. You'll bridge the gap between our creative work and the daily logistics of our studio, making sure the team has exactly what they need to produce great content. From managing the studio space to keeping an eye on the budget, you'll be a huge part of our day-to-day success. Your Role Keep track of products moving between our HQ and the studio, making sure everything is ordered, logged, and returned on time. Take ownership of our mini-warehouse so it stays organized, clean, and ready for action, which includes running our bi-annual inventory checks. Manage our invoice process from start to finish, ensuring everything is filed correctly so our monthly closing goes off without a hitch. Monitor our department spending, put together production summaries, and help the team plan for upcoming shoot costs. Organize the logistics for extra equipment or specific props whenever a production calls for something special. Support the administrative side of booking models and freelance creatives for our bigger campaigns. Keep our documents in check by organizing buyouts and usage rights so our creative assets are always compliant and good to go. Your Profile You have a real talent for structuring your day and can juggle a few different projects at once without losing track of deadlines. Care about the little things, bringing a sharp eye for detail to double-checking invoices, numbers, and product shipments. You're proactive, if you see something that needs fixing, tidying, or organizing in the studio, you just jump in and get it done. Navigate Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Docs) with ease. Communicate clearly and easily with different people, bringing fluency in both German and English (written and spoken). You bring a solid background in office management and administrative assistance. Bring a positive, helpful attitude to the workplace, genuinely enjoying supporting the people around you.
