Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership : Lead and motivate store staff to achieve plant revenue targets, uphold service standards, and promote a positive work culture.

  • Financial Management : Assist in resource planning, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve store profitability.
  • What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce group or business administration or PGD, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and various ERPs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret stores data and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Proficiency on the Inventory data Analysis - through MS Office is must and compulsory.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders in reducing the inventory and managing the inventory effectively.
  • Able to develop the presentation skill with the available modern techniques on the reporting.
  • Ready to create smaller applications or system-based automation on the day-to-day activities wherever possible.
