Responsibilities
- Will provide direct coordination to both Western and AROB AIHSS Project under the overall guidance and supervision of the Portfolio Manager- Health & Nutrition HSS)
- The senior project coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinate Transition of the Provincial Health Authority Reform ensuring implementation of Corrective Action Plan (policies)
- Coordinate AIHSS staff on project implementation
- Coordinate the overall PHA's health system Strengthening process.

- Participating in and sharing AIHSS learnings with external evaluators when engaged by donor ie., operational evaluations/assessment.
- Coordinating and facilitating quarterly learning and reflections with PHA's, AIHSS provincial team, donor and WVPNG.
- The Senior Project Coordinator will work in close supervision with the Portfolio Manager- H&N, Finance, Monitoring and Evaluation officer, Area Program Manager and with the Area Program Team of their respective Provincial assignments.
- Overall, the Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing high coordination to the AIHSS project team in Western and AROB which will lead to the quality delivery of the AIHSS Project for World Vision Papua New Guinea.
- The Senior Project Coordinator will work under the direct supervision of the Portfolio Manager - Health & Nutrition for effective implementation and reporting of the project activities.
