Job Description AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF), Singapore, to build and anchor deep national capabilities in AI. AISG is supported through a government-wide partnership including the NRF, Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG). We bring together research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies to support impactful research, develop talent, and power Singapore's AI efforts. AI Singapore is sourcing for an individual to join the Planning and Operations team as a Programme Manager. The role of the Programme Manager is to support the development of AISG's strategic plans and facilitate the implementation of major, cross-AISG initiatives. The Programme Manager will report to the Director of Planning and Operations. Duties and Responsibilities The Programme Manager is expected to: - Develop strategic plans and policies to guide AISG's direction Work across AISG and with funding agencies to develop funding proposals and scope out new initiatives Monitor emerging trends in the international AI landscape and analyse their policy implications Lead performance reporting of AISG's initiatives. This includes collecting and analysing data to understand our progress and impact, and assessing where changes are required Serve as the secretariat for AISG's senior management and scientific advisory board meetings
