The Adjunct holds a part-time position and will be assigned courses on an as-needed basis which may change from semester to semester. Duties include revising syllabi and course materials as needed and under the supervision of full-time Nutrition faculty, teaching the prepared materials and guiding student learning, holding office hours as needed to help students with any course-related questions, grade all submissions for assignments and provide feedback, ensure course learning objectives are met, and assign midterm and final grades.
