Job Description: Pool Technical Service Rep - Phoenix, AZ At Pentair, you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to the future of our planet. We have an opportunity for a Pool Technical Service Representative to join our Phoenix, AZ team. You will be responsible for researching, troubleshooting, and resolving pool and spa equipment issues using advanced troubleshooting skills and available resources. The expectation is to empathize and clearly communicate complex technical solutions to dealers, distributors, or pool professionals. You will: Serve as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support within our Pool Division Diagnose equipment issues using technical documentation, system data, and customer input and Assist customers and field technicians with setup, operation, maintenance, and repair guidance Schedule or supporting service visits and follow up on open service cases to resolution Process parts orders, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), and service documentation as required Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and next steps, and collaborate with internal teams including production, engineering, shipping, quality, and sales to resolve issues Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and ERP system Participate in ongoing technical and product training to stay current on equipment updates and procedures Key Qualifications: A background in technical field work in the Pool industry or a similar field is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Must be able to multi-task, have great computer skills, and be able to work within several different software applications at once Physical Requirements : Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!) : Shift range from 7am to 8pm Eastern Monday through Friday (hours can vary by region)
