Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a full-time Roving Building Engineer for our Portfolio properties in San Francisco, specifically in the East Bay. The Roving Building Engineer is responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and/or making repairs to all "common areas" within the Association and for supervising the repair and maintenance work performed by third parties. Requirements

• Valid CA Driver's License & Insurance.
• Minimum of 4 years of Maintenance experience in mid or high rise commercial communities, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Hands on experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Painting is highly desired.
• EPA/608 Universal License.
• Weekly Fire Pump Certification.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus.
• Fire Life Safety Certification is a plus.
