Job Summary: The Test Operations Supervisor leads and coordinates the work of Test Engineering Technicians and Developmental Assemblers in support of production-related manufacturing equipment. The role provides technical guidance, manages multiple concurrent projects, and ensures the standardization and continuous improvement of processes within a fast‑paced product support environment. It also fosters team development and drives improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Essential Functions: Provide leadership and technical assistance to assigned staff and manage multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced product development environment. Provide technical interface with suppliers, assisting in the interpretation of drawings, definition of requirements, and the application of new technologies into company products. Create and execute data-driven action plans to improve standard work and performance. Plan, organize, and lead multiple projects, including scheduling preparation and reporting. Ensure standardization of products and processes and ensure that documentation is current and changes are made in accordance with company and customer requirements. Sustain a safe workplace through the establishment and support of company policy. Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of the Crane Business System. Communicate best practices within the Crane organization. Assist in achieving Strategic Plan objectives. Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
