Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Conduct workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to understand current financial processes, pain points, and business requirements.
- Analyze and document "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements and best practices.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work with business users to facilitate and support UAT.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues and defects.
- Data Migration & Integration: Work with technical teams to define data migration strategies and oversee the conversion of financial data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and other systems (e.g., HCM, SCM, CRM, or third-party applications).
- Training & Support: Develop training materials and user documentation.
- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption.
- Provide post-go-live support, including troubleshooting issues and addressing user inquiries.
- Project & Professional Development: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion Financials releases, features, and best practices.
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through self-study, training, and professional certifications.
- Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven 9 to 15 Years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP implementation role, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Financials. Experience with full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations is a must.
- Module Expertise: In-depth functional knowledge and hands-on experience in either O2C or P2P with more of the following Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Procurement (P2P Cycle)
- Order to Cash (O2C Cycle)

- Key Skills & Competencies
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of core financial and accounting processes, principles, and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials configuration and a solid understanding of Oracle reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, FRS) and data loaders (e.g., FBDL). Familiarity with SQL and basic technical concepts is a plus.
