Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Full tome Ginner at our Hillston Site. The Ginner is in charge of their shift and must ensure the efficient, effective and safe operation of all areas under his control. This is to be perform in a consistent way in which the ginner has been instructed, to oversee, manage and ensure all areas of the Gin production are operating safely and within state and federal guidelines. Key responsibilities will be but not limited to: SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) Gin Operation and Safety Maintain the physical appearance of the premises and areas under your control to the satisfaction of the Manager. Monitor production and maintenance Employee Supervision during day or night shift Assist the Manager in instruction and tutoring of the crew in their duties and responsibilities and ensuring full utilization of staff at all times Work permits Essential skills and experience: Background in, Mechanical, Electrical, hydraulic, fitter, welding, or fabrication At least four year's relevant experience.
