- Work cross-functionally (strategy, product, sales, risk, operations) to gather inputs and produce concise, accurate content for multiple channels and formats.
- Track effectiveness through practical measures (reach, engagement, leader feedback, and action completion) and use insights to improve clarity, cadence, and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders with executive writing and internal/business communications in a complex organization.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with PowerPoint expertise
- Demonstrated ability to consult with stakeholders, understand business context quickly, and deliver timely, executive-ready materials in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Financial services or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
