Manufacturing Quality Supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in STEM.
• At least 5 years of progressive QA experience in a fully or semi-automated serialized production environment of complex electro-mechanical assemblies (Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Device, Robotic industry).
• At least 3 years of managing employees (Full-Time Employees or Contract Workers)
• "Super user" level and excellent proficiency in using quality control tools, SAP/Oracle ERP software and MS Office/Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, team management skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle tight deadlines and manage competing demands effectively.

As part of the Advanced Hardware Manufacturing Operations team, you will be a vital part of the Zoox Manufacturing organization responsible for building, testing, troubleshooting complex software controlled electro-mechanical sensing elements critical to Zoox's Robo Taxi. Our team has a collaborative resilient culture marked by being curious and by an energetic approach to bring the Robo Taxi to life. You'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to building the future of transportation. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control activities for the camera, LiDAR, sensor pod and primary compute production line, ensuring compliance with standards, internal procedures, and leading a team of technicians. This role involves managing and supervising Quality employees, analyzing KPI data, implementing improvements, and providing technical guidance to the team while maintaining compliance to quality standards.
