Founding Product Manager - AI Platform Berlin (Hybrid) We're working on a rare opportunity for a Founding Product Manager to join an AI-driven platform already live with paying customers and now entering its next phase of growth. This is not a role where you inherit a roadmap. You'll define it. You'll take ownership of shaping the product from early traction through to scale, working directly with customers to understand real operational problems and turning those into product decisions. The feedback loop is fast, ideas move from concept to live impact in days, not months. The platform is focused on applying AI in practical, high-value use cases, and is now evolving from bespoke solutions into a scalable product. This creates a unique challenge: identifying what should be standardised, what drives repeatable value, and how to build a product that scales without losing what made it successful early on. What you'll be doing Own the product direction from early-stage through to scale Work directly with customers to drive discovery and validate ideas Translate real-world use cases into product features and modules Balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy Operate with high autonomy and make decisions with real impact What they're looking for Experience building or scaling B2B products (ideally from 01 or similar) Strong product intuition with a hands-on approach to discovery Comfortable working closely with customers and senior stakeholders Interest in AI and automation, and how it applies to real business problems Someone who thrives in high-ownership, fast-moving environments Why this role True ownership as the first product hire Direct impact on product and company trajectory Fast feedback loops and real customer usage Early-stage environment with meaningful autonomy Hybrid working with time in a Berlin office If you're interested in building something from early traction into a scalable product, and want to see the impact of your work quickly, this could be a strong fit.
