About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Channel Intern to support our Channel and Partnership team in identifying, engaging, and managing strategic partners across the APAC region. This internship provides hands-on exposure to partnership development, business research, CRM management, partner marketing, and ecosystem building within the RegTech and Financial Services industry. Partner Research & Market Mapping Research and identify potential partners across consulting firms, technology companies, financial institutions, professional service firms, and industry associations. Build and maintain a structured partner database, including company profiles, key decision-makers, partnership opportunities, and priority rankings. Monitor competitor partnership ecosystems and identify potential collaboration opportunities. Research industry trends, events, conferences, and networking opportunities relevant to strategic partnerships. 2. Partner Outreach & Coordination Support outreach to prospective partners via email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other communication channels. Prepare partnership presentations, one-pagers, proposal materials, and introductory documents. Coordinate partnership meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items. Assist with partner onboarding documentation and maintain accurate CRM records. 3. Partner Relationship Support Support day-to-day communication with existing partners. Assist in preparing partner performance reviews and partnership reports. Help organize partner enablement materials, including product updates, FAQs, and training resources. Ensure partner information remains accurate and up to date. 4. Co-Marketing & Events Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with partners, including webinars, case studies, blog articles, social media campaigns, and other promotional activities. Assist in organizing partner events, networking sessions, roundtables, and industry conferences. Track project timelines and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule. 5. Reporting & Business Analysis Track partner-generated leads, referrals, and business opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly partnership activity reports. Analyse partnership performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Support ad hoc research and strategic partnership projects as assigned. Requirement Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with LinkedIn and AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) is a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
