Job Summary: The accounting manager provides the primary contact for their respecitve accounting function or geography. Core Duties Serve as a primary point of contact for multiple audits and reviews throughout the year Assist with annual SOX and local equivalent compliance work Prepare and review entries for the EOM close process, as necessary Assist in the preparation of all SEC filings Perform detailed review of staff-prepared audit workpapers Assist with accounting work related to acquisitions Work closely with the multiple internal teams to ensure ongoing compliance with internal controls and assist with audits as needed Develop training documents for departmental tasks to facilitate cross training and increase ease of task transitions Responsible to evaluate processes and continuously improve and lead a culture of continuous improvement Other periodic special projects as they arise and other duties as assigned
