Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service in all aspects to our Premier Elite Clients.
  • Work as a team with other Premier Elite Client Advocates, producers and department managers.

  • Manage all renewal activity from start to close.
  • Deliver complete and accurate renewal reviews according to agency guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven insurance foundation - Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal, commercial, or mixed‑lines insurance, with the ability to independently manage a book of business.
  • Attention to detail - Accurate, thorough work with strong quality control.
  • Ownership mindset - Takes full responsibility for issues and follows them through to resolution.
  • Problem‑solving strength - Able to assess situations quickly and identify effective solutions.
  • Strong written communication - Clear, professional, and concise in all written interactions.
  • Confident verbal communication - Articulate and effective in client, carrier, and internal conversations.
  • Organizational skill - Manages competing priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Independent work style - Operates efficiently without close supervision.
  • Education or equivalent experience - Bachelor's degree or comparable professional background.
  • Active broker's license - Holds and maintains required state licensing.
  • Industry software proficiency - Experienced with Sagitta, Image Right, and other core systems.
  • Microsoft Office skills - Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • LOCATION: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (3 days a week in office)

The national average salary for this role is $85,000-$95,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
