- Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service in all aspects to our Premier Elite Clients.
- Work as a team with other Premier Elite Client Advocates, producers and department managers.
- Develop cooperative and professional relationships with our carriers.
- Manage all renewal activity from start to close.
- Deliver complete and accurate renewal reviews according to agency guidelines.
- Look for sales opportunities by account rounding and selling additional coverage.

Requirements
- Proven insurance foundation - Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal, commercial, or mixed‑lines insurance, with the ability to independently manage a book of business.
- Attention to detail - Accurate, thorough work with strong quality control.
- Ownership mindset - Takes full responsibility for issues and follows them through to resolution.
- Problem‑solving strength - Able to assess situations quickly and identify effective solutions.
- Strong written communication - Clear, professional, and concise in all written interactions.

- Microsoft Office skills - Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- LOCATION: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (3 days a week in office)
