THE JOB: The Busser/Runner in South End Market plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in their assigned section by removing dirty dishes, replenishing essential supplies, and collaborating closely with Food Servers to enhance guest service and ensure prompt food delivery. THE STARTING RATE: $16.60 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner Clean and sanitize all equipment Keep floors free of debris and spills Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station Clean and sanitize tables and chairs Run food as required by the Department THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Must be 18 years of age THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Free meals in our employee dining room. The estimated annual tips this role could reasonably be anticipated to receive is: $0 - $1,300. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
