Senior Compliance Manager This is a great This is a great opportunity for someone to take on a senior role within the Luxembourg Compliance function, supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in the design, oversight and continuous enhancement of the Compliance Framework across Aviva Investors' Luxembourg entities. The role provides independent compliance challenge and senior advisory support to key stakeholders, supports regulatory engagement with the CSSF, and contributes to fostering a strong culture of integrity, accountability and customer protection. A bit about the job: The Senior Compliance Manager operates at a senior level within Luxembourg Compliance, supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring effective regulatory compliance, governance and conduct. The role provides independent oversight and advice on complex compliance matters, supports regulatory engagement with the CSSF, and helps embed a strong compliance culture across Aviva Investors' Luxembourg entities. Skills and experience we're looking for: Provide senior support within Luxembourg Compliance, including acting as Deputy to the Chief Compliance Officer where required, and representing Compliance in senior forums and committees. Oversee key compliance activities, including compliance monitoring, regulatory change, risk identification, escalation and remediation. Deliver trusted senior level advice on investment compliance, product governance, delegation, conduct risk and AML/KYC matters. Support the Chief Compliance Officer in regulatory and assurance interactions, including engagement with the CSSF, internal and external audit, Group Compliance, and oversight of delegates and outsourced service providers. Contribute to a strong compliance culture through governance input, policy oversight, senior mentoring and Board reporting, in line with professional, regulatory and ethical standards.
