US MNC, Perm opportunity Morning shift Basic up to $4,500 (Depending on relevant experience) Mon to Fri, Alt Sat AWS+ VB + Comprehensive medical plan Location: Nearest MRT: Amk Job duties: Perform assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems. Lead and support production activities, ensuring products meet quality, safety, and performance standards. Analyze production data, test results, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and process optimization. Conduct root cause investigations, failure analysis, and resolve technical issues across production lines. Support new product introductions, engineering changes, process validations, and qualification builds. Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior technicians while supporting cross-functional collaboration. Job requirements: Nitec, Diploma, or Technical Certificate qualification with relevant hands-on manufacturing/engineering experience. Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical, electrical, and mechanical systems, including diagnostics and testing. Proven troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to implement corrective actions.
