R&D Technician

About the role

Job Responsibilities: Develop and test prototypes under the guidance of senior R&D staff Support / conduct experiments, data collection, and basic data analysis to support product innovation and improvement Help to maintain detailed and accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results Assist in preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Marketing, to support product development and troubleshooting. Support the R&D Team in SAP system, administrative documentation and maintain the lab cleanliness. Other assigned ad-hoc activities and related personal continuous improvement topics. Job Requirement: Diploma in Material Science, Polymer, Chemistry, or related fields At least 2 years' experience working in a laboratory environment or manufacturing industry. Competent in using laboratory equipment and/or software for data analysis. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a laboratory environment Basic knowledge in material science/chemistry/polymer Basic knowledge in the products (Powder, Solder Paste, Sinter Paste, and new product lines) Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
